Since 2005, Tom has been a member of the IRA Association of America where he is recognized as a Certified IRA Consultant/Specialist (Self-Directed IRA – SEP and Solo 401(k)).

Tom is also a guest speaker in the field of the evolving IRA and how an IRA can purchase real estate.

From 1994-2008 he served as a national speaker, represented by brokeragentspeakers.com. From 1999-2001 he was co-host of a real estate radio talk show and from 2012-2013 he served as host for the radio talk show “Welcome to Argentina” on ORN.

Tom has been a real estate broker in 5 states and a Certified 1031 Exchange Specialist.

He earned his LL.B Degree in law in 1968.
