What are the exam policies at the PSI testing center?
You are only allowed to take approved items into the PSI exam room.
All personal belongings must be placed in a secure storage provided by PSI, prior to entering into the exam room.
Personal belongings may include the following items:
- Electronic devices
- Bulky or loose clothing or coats that could be used to conceal recording devices or notes
- Hats or headgear not worn for religious reasons
- Other personal items, including purses, notebooks, reference or reading material, briefcases, backpacks, wallets, pens, pencils, food, drinks, and good luck items.
No smoking, eating, or drinking is allowed in the exam room.
Once you have been seated and the exam begins, you can only leave to use the restroom, and only after obtaining permission from the proctor.
Finally, copying or communicating exam content is considered a violation and may result in the disqualification of your exam results.
You can read a more detailed description of PSI examination policies on page 5 of the PSI Candidate Handbook.
